Fix For: 5.0, 4.10
TIKA 1.5 currently uses Apache POI 1.10-beta2 to extract Microsoft Ofiice
documents. Apache POI releases 3.10.1 today (waiting for Maven Central...).
We should upgrade the Solr POI dependency to 3.10.1, because the older version
has various problems.
