I'd hold off until LUCENE-2680 is committed to trunk, otherwise the merge work
may be redundant.

I think it's pretty much ready for trunk as the tests pass.
Merging realtime/DWPT branch back to trunk should be easier if we try to wrap
up DWPT in a short period of time, eg, plow ahead until it's merge-able.
