Patch fixes the problem. We need to take the source FacetsConfig in
OrdinalMappingAtomicReader and then of course only wrap the BinaryDV fields
that were indexed with facets. I also improved the test to make sure we only
touch facet fields by OrdinalMappingAtomicReader.
