bq.Finally, splitting the clusterstate by collection has not been a contentious
issue. Some of the other things you are doing around watchers and caching is
more contentious
I would like to hear a solution where you split the clusterstate and not
getting a performance worse of than the single clusterstate.json. it is not
worthwhile to split if we are degrading the performance.
I'm doing it because our users are really facing problems with scalability with
large no:of collections.
