if we are shipping the change in 4.9, then in all versions of CAHNGES.txt, it should say that 4.9 contains the change. right now, if i read CHANGES.txt on trunk (ie: when 5.0 comes out and look at CHANGES.txt) it will say this change happened in 4.10) I'll move it for you. -Hoss http://www.lucidworks.com/
