Hi,
I think the license of the data is fine (CC-BY, previously known as CC-A), so
we can include the files with the distribution. In any case we have to add the
attribution in our NOTICE.txt file (Solr part). We should also add a license
header to the files (CC header). I am not sure if JSON and CSV supports this,
but XML for sure does.
