In the context of enabling Confluence shortcut link functionality (SOLR-5965),
[~joes] mentioned on #asfinfra that the ASF CMS can emulate all Confluence
features, including PDF export, and that we should consider switching the Solr
Reference Guide from Confluence to the ASF CMS. See the transcript at
