Attachment: SOLR-5973.patch
Added support for the QueryResultCache by adding the CollectorFactory to the
QueryResultKey. This is needed because the CollectorFactory dictates the sort
order. Also added support for QueryResultCache autoWarming with
CollectorFactories.
