Attachment: SOLR-3862.patch
New version of the patch, some minor refactoring moved the 'remove' and 'inc'
operations to their own methods. Hardened the tests, they were failing randomly
since the same document ID was being re-used without deleting docs between
tests.
Unless there are objections, I'll commit this sometime this coming week. All
tests pass.
