such events, because Jenkins is configured to start with an cleaned up 
workspace (means Jenkins deletes all non-svn files, which is like an svn 
revert, but a bit more). When a job starts the workspace is as clean as a new 
checkout.

I thought that was true, but figured it wouldn't hurt to clean-jars.
