Simon, this is a good point. I poached this method from harmony's
[StrictMath.nextAfter|http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/harmony/enhanced/java/branches/java6/classlib/modules/luni/src/main/java/java/lang/StrictMath.java]
Its interesting to take a look also at their
[Math.nextAfter|http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/harmony/enhanced/java/branches/java6/classlib/modules/luni/src/main/java/java/lang/Math.java]
The difference is this Double promotion, I don't understand if this affects us
at all or what it would change.
In both cases I do not understand why the boxing is necessary!
