Hello, is it possible you could upload the jar files to this issue that it
depends on?
I tried to get them to test the patch, but i think there are problems in
maven-land with Alchemy:
http://repository.apache.org/snapshots/org/apache/uima/alchemy-annotator/2.3.1-SNAPSHOT/
as you can see, the jar file is very out of date.
