The Lucy incubator website has been up for a couple weeks now. I see that the
tab on the front page of [http://lucene.apache.org/] links to it. However, if
you visit [http://lucene.apache.org/lucy/] directly, you still get the old
subproject site. Can a redirect please be put in place which points at
[http://incubator.apache.org/lucy]?
