The original problem still exists if the modifiedConfFiles is not empty (i.e
there are conf files to be replicated) AND the full copy of the index is
needed. This needs to be fixed in SnapPuller for Solr 1.4 and up. Attached is
the additional patch (for current Solr trunk) to fix the problem.
