So working offline is the way to go for the 3.3 translation work. But
the good news is that we are getting a new machine end of this week.

Is there any way to extend the translation deadline for UI? We weren't
aware of these Pootle problems when we start this translation round for
3.3. We have encountered many of these problems on our daily work, and
notify them to the l10n-dev list.
We've coordinated this translation using Pootle's tools (goals,
assignments, suggestions, reviewings), and instructed all translators to
work online, so there are plenty of translated strings as suggestions,
waiting for my revision, but currently I cannot even access the Pootle
service (it gives me the 503 error, again).
IMHO, these problems should have been notified with enough time for us
to coordinate using external resources and CAT tools, to work offline
efficiently, and not one day before the deadline.
I will keep trying to access the service and approve / translate the
remaining strings, but it will be all up to Pootle's status.
