I don't know why we have three sdf files, but I believe RE had some issues with the m83, so the final job to crate the sdf-files run three times (just guessing!). And no, there is no new terminology.

An update for Pootle:
Upgrade is in progress for m83, languages Hebrew, Danish, Galician and
Catalan (web-site extension and templates) were added.
