I don't want this thread to be hijacked, but I contacted UX to tell them we have volunteers available to translate the user survey to Italian and then I noticed that the Help - Register menu does not launch the survey any longer. So, pending final answers from the UX team, the Italian N-L project will not localize the survey for the time being.
