Hi all,
at the moment we have the situation that some L10N teams have just
released one variante of the Windows and Linux x86 rpm builds: with JRE
or without JRE.
The main download website (the one with the green box) is only able to
present one variant which can be setup if needed. But the
"d.oo.o/other.html" webpage is different. Here the user can
check/uncheck the JRE checkbox to get a download link with a wJRE or
nonJRE build. That means, for a working download website we need both
variantes.
Currently we get some reports about broken links where users get a 404
error message. But actually the link is not broken, the build is simply
not existing.
Of course I don't speak of rare platforms like Solaris and MacOS PPC.
But I think it should be possible to provide all builds on the popular
platforms Windows and Linux x86 RPM. Due to the problem described above
I would like to ask every team to test and approve at least all builds
for the popular platforms.
BTW:
Some teams (with lots of builds in the past) like Chinese, Korean,
Norwegian (Nynorsk), Portuguese, Swedish, Turkish haven't approved any
3.2.1 build at all until today.
Thank you very much in advance for your help.
Best regards
Marcus
