the only helpcontent relevant changes in m70 came in from the CWS
printerpullpages. See issue 104335.
I cannot see any reason for changes in scalc/01 in that CWS, however.
Why did you look into those strings? Were they flagged as "to be
translated"? Can you give one or two examples of strings where extra
spaces were added? May be we can then find which process inserted them.
