That seems to originate from the database's JDBC driver in
connectivity/source/drivers/jdbc/JConnection.cxx, used as an SQL
exception message that then is displayed later.

There is actually quite an amount of SQLException messages that are
hard-wired to English. There may be a reason for that, e.g. other layers
expecting it. Please check back with the Base team for details.

Is it translated in builds in any other language?

Most certainly not.


OK, I reported this as issue 90616 [1], and the response supported my assertion that these messages should be translated. So, hopefully we will see them in the GSI file (or appropriate translation mechanism) soon.
