I just would like to thank everyone who participated in this discussion

Unless there is objection by the end of coming Saturday (March 29) GMT,
may I suggest that we conclude this discussion with the following as
the result:
- ESC and L10N-Dev of OpenOffice.org support the idea of joining the
Unicode Consortium as a Liaison Member.
- Charles H. Schulz, Lead of the Native-Language Confederation, will be
the first liaison to the Unicode Consortium.
Please let the mailing lists know if we should discuss on this more or
if you have different nomination or volunteer for the liaison by the end of
March 29 (Saturday) GMT. (Or, if there is other discussion-voting mechanism
that I am not aware of...)
