When you are in the document, you key use Ctrl+F - keyboard shortcut.

When you are in the menu itself, it should be the key T - menu shortcut.

Oh. Confusing, but it's a distinction. I don't look forward to trying to explain that one to our users. :S

Not at all. You get used to anything you use often. I'm translating for people who will use Vietnamese exclusively, or almost exclusively. The vast majority of them will also be new to OOo, and most will be new to computing. Anything based on behaviour of other systems, or words from another language will not have relevance.

I speak English. The vast majority of our users don't. (They also can't afford Macs.) Like any bilingual adult, I "switch" from one situation to the other. "Cmd-M" for « Mở » in a translated program would make more sense to me than "O" for Open, although "O" would make sense in an untranslated program. I think having two keyboard shortcuts for one item is confusing. I think a lot of people new to computing, and new to OOo, will have enough to handle without that.

I'm one of the remaining Pascal devotées. I think it's elegant. I'll admit "tortuous at times", but still elegant. It has integrity, in the structural sense. And they left out the electric shocks with runtime errors after the first versions. ;) from Clytie (vi-VN, Vietnamese free-software translation team / nhóm Việt hóa phần mềm tự do)
