From where does Calc get its sorting order?
Entire OOo uses the collation from ICU, currently v2.6, to be upgraded
to v3.4 for OOo2.0.4, maybe the collation order is already changed
there? Otherwise we'd have to create a customized collation order.
In the da_DK.xml locale the following is listed in <LC_INDEX>:
The LC_INDEX section is not related to collation, it is solely for
Writer's index feature.

I have no idea where to look for the sorting order in ICU (CLDR?). I saw
some syntax I didn't understand in core.zip. Can you point me to where I
should look?
