If all MIK characters are contained in iso-8859-5, I suggest to use
"iso8859-5" for mpBestUnixCharset and "iso-8859-5" for
mpBestMimeCharset, note the difference in hyphen. If there are
characters not contained in, I'm not sure what to use as
mpBestUnixCharset, for mpBestMimeCharset probably "utf-8" would do.
