Hi,

In windows those files are under:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] /cygdrive/c/Documents and Settings/aep/Application
Data/OpenOffice.org2/user/registry/cache

The cache is re-generated when a new language pack is installed and that
was the only way i was able to see the changes. Removing the cache
folder and "killing" the Quickstarter made the trick
