Done the reassignig, will add a link as soon as we have a new GSI file. We are waiting for Rosetta to merge the templates correctly, after that I will try to make a new GSI. (Yes, we were the team that translated OOo via Rosetta).
I would suggest to get the localisation into OOo 2.0.3
That was the target of Eike, too.

I have never done such patching before. Looks like a lot of work, especially because Kurdish is not supported by Windows in any way.
