Ok, I've found and downloaded gsicheck. I checked the two files with

./gsicheck -c -l "ku" GSI_ku*

When checking doko's file, it returned nothing after two minutes of
checking, can I assume then that everything is allright?

Rail's file on the other hand gave thousands of these:

Error: File format, Line 10269: No source language entry defined! ""
Error: File format, Line 10270: No source language entry defined! ""

So here is the correct file:
http://download.ferheng.org/ooo2/2006-02-26_GSI_ku_doko.sdf.bz2

I will also file an issue on the translation. But I do not think that
I will be able to make a built.

Erdal
