Additionally to creating a 'localedata' subcomponent where I would be
the owner of, which we already agreed on, create an 'i18npool'
subcomponent, where all related code issues go to. I would be the owner
of that as well. The remaining 'code' subcomponent could then be owned
by Ivo 'ihi' Hinkelmann. Reasoning: currently, when localedata and
i18npool issues are stripped off from 'code', the remaining issues are
mostly about transex3 and localize tools, build environment and GSI
files.
Ivo, any objections taking the 'code' responsibility then?
