I have also noticed some irregularities with the translation of 3 components (Combox, Spinbutton and a third one, I don't remember the 3rd name), there seems to be a problem with uppercases of the B of ComboBox or SpinButton). Is this something that has already been tracked ? I used the m125 cut as base for the string translation.
