Hi Vien Du Tran,

can you please fix the following issues:

- do not use multi color text
- do not send html emails at all
- do not crosspost, [EMAIL PROTECTED] is the right mailing list for l10n issues
- update your sources to something actual, like m123 ( OOo 1.9.123 )
- rebuild!

Cheers ;)
Ivo

Hi Ivo,

With OOo 1.9.m91 source, file "msi-encodinglist.txt" originally included command line:
"vi 1258 1066"

I modified to: "vi 0 1066" and rebuild. Build completed.

BUT
"OOo_1.9.91_src\instsetoo_native\wntmsci10.pro\OpenOffice\install\vi\setup.exe"
DID NOT run

The following message displayed:

" This installation package could not be opened.

Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer
package."

---> This is a invalid Windows Installer package: vi 0 1066

Right ?
Would you give me your idea about this?

Thanks.

Hi ,

add the line

vi 0 1066

to your setup_native/source/win32/msi-encodinglist.txt and rebuild.

Cheers,
Ivo

Hi all,

I built OOo 1.9.m91 under Windows in cygwin and 4nt environments with Vietnamese language. And I was successful.

Vietnamese UI in OpenOffice.org applications is OK.
BUT Vietnamese UI during SETUP OOo was broken.

To display Vietnamese UI during SETUP OOo, I used UTF-8 character set and translated to Vietnamese in project "instsetoo_native".

Please tell me how to solve this problem.
Thank you very much!
