Btw, in following files Bengali is defined as CTL - AFAIK
offapi/com/sun/star/i18n/UnicodeScript.idl
i18npool/source/breakiterator/breakiteratorImpl.cxx

How to list "Bengali (Bangladesh)" in the CTL drop list?

Sorry, oversight.

The LangID must be added to
SvtLanguageOptions::GetScriptTypeOfLanguage() in
svtools/source/config/languageoptions.cxx

Thanks for fixing it for OOo 2.0!
Btw, I also submitted an issue, 53302 - Pls close it then. :)

Thanks,
`Jamil
