Hi! Did you try the Native Language link on the openoffice.org home page? You can't miss this link, and it does take you to the list of N-L projects where unfortunately, Urdu doesn't seem to be one. Another page that's listed once you click "native language" link, where you can see the status and contact info for each language project is this:
