Hi all,
I am building Openoffice-2.0 for windows using
w2k,cygwin-tcsh,.Net environment. i have sucessfully built for english
arabic ,chinese ... languages.
for building punjabi Open office,the sdf files were merged and set default
environment for packaging as english

perl -w ./transex3/scripts/localize.pl -m -l pa-IN -f
GSI_pa-IN-GSI.sdf(for merging)
setenv DEFAULT_TO_ENGLISH_FOR_PACKING yes
setenv RES_PUNJABI TRUE

the build completes successfully and creates installer .But clicking
setup shows following warning and exists

Windows Installer

This installation package could not be opened.
Contact the applicatin vendor to verify that this is a valid windows
Installer package.

The same error occurs for hi-IN & zu .checking readme.htm in package
shows that merge was proper since contents were in punjabi language
