Not sure, seems to be variable. I "closed" the upload on the Apache staging nexus repo per the release process, but I've never seen any indication of a reliable amount of time for it to show up. Didn't want to hold up the process waiting for it so I sent the email, but if it doesn't show up for too long or we need a follow up RC, I'll just extend/restart the process.
