Hi,
the --key-serializer and --value-serializer options passed to the command line 
are always overwritten here :

"org.apache.kafka.common.serialization.ByteArraySerializer")
    props.put(ProducerConfig.VALUE_SERIALIZER_CLASS_CONFIG,
