Replace KeyValuePrinter and KStreamForeach with KStreamPeek I remove `KeyValuePrinter` and `KStreamForeach` two class, then implements them by `KStreamPeek`. So, now `KStreamPeek` can do `KeyValuePrinter` and `KStreamForeach` job.
