kafka-5104: DumpLogSegments should not open index files with `rw`
When issuing DumpLogSegments command, the underlying index files(including
timestamp index) will be opened with read-only mode.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/amethystic/kafka
