    MINOR: incorrect javadoc formatting

    When wrapped in a `{@code ...}` block, `<>` are not formatted as 
`<>`. 
    
    For instance, see the formatting of the example in 
https://kafka.apache.org/0102/javadoc/org/apache/kafka/streams/KafkaStreams.html

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/acoburn/kafka javadoc_formatting
