KAFKA-4539: NPE in StreamThread when creating StandbyTasks
Tasks that don't have any `StateStore`s wont have a `StandbyTask`, so
`createStandbyTask` can return `null`. We need to check for this in
`StandbyTaskCreator.createTask(...)`
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
