Would it be possible to include KIP-55: Secure Quotas <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-55%3A+Secure+Quotas+for+Authenticated+Users> as well? The KIP was approved a while ago and the PR was submitted several weeks ago. I was hoping it would get reviewed in time for the next release. Jun had said he would take a look.
