Hi awesome Kafka developers, I want to contribute to Kafka, starting with fixing a bug. As per the contribution guidelines, I should be added to contributors to be able to assign a bug to myself. Can you please add me to contributors?
Also, I’ve looked at issues labeled as “newbie” and thinking of picking https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-1715 , but do let me know if you have any other recommendations.
