Right now if you call the validate endpoint with a config that has an invalid
value for one of the base configs from here
https://github.com/apache/kafka/blob/trunk/connect/runtime/src/main/java/org/apache/kafka/connect/runtime/ConnectorConfig.java#L71-L75
we do not get any config/validation info for connector implementation configs.
ideally we would do both sets of validation.
