Thanks [~junrao], I'll update the PR to use `KafkaMetricsGroup`.
[~wushujames], it's likely that another RC will be needed for KIP-57 (which
fixes a bug in the message format and would make a lot of sense to include
before the release), so maybe we can include this too.
