HOTFIX: stop using batch write to rocksdb

Removing batch write to RocksDB because I observed segmentation faults in
RocksDB's batch write.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/ymatsuda/kafka no_batch_write
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
