I had forgot to mention I was trying to build the 0.9.0 branch. I was able to cherry-pick the commit you mentioned and do "Build Model" without an issue. However, I do not see "contrib" (hadoop-consumer, hadoop-producer) in the output structure. I'm just starting with Kafka, so I'm not sure whether I should see that as an issue with build.
