Hi All,

I've updated the KIP for ListGroups and DescribeGroup. This does simplify
things quite a bit.

Since this is a blocker for 0.9 and there doesn't seem to be any major
objections, let's go ahead and start the vote. Minor issues with the
schemas can be addressed on the JIRA.
