[~gwenshap] interesting idea... so presumable this would do something like:
- check environment is properly setup, and if not run the bootstrap script
- fetch system test python dependencies (use python virtualenv to isolate?)
- bring up vagrant machines
- run
- tear down vagrant machines
- print a message about where to find the report
Also, maybe name the task "systemtest"?
