[~gwenshap] Yeah totally, agree it will be tricky. The name is shared across
the directory, zk, the checkpoint files, and the offset commit topic. You are
probably right that the idea thing would be to have a topic id which is unique
and associated name which is just in zk but that itself is a pretty massive
change since none of these persistent formats are that way now.
