Hi Joe, do you think in the scenario you mentioned "controlled" shutdown does
not make sense. I think we should either support uncontrolled shutdown via a
new command or a flag on the existing command, or we should some how detect
that all brokers are trying to shutdown and so ignore the "controlled" part. If
you think this makes sense and if you are not already working on it, I can pick
this up.
