Currently, there are still a few issues with topic deletion. Perhaps we should
wait at least until KAFKA-2000 is fixed before enabling topic deletion by
default.
1. The offsets associated with the deleted topic are not removed (KAFKA-2000).
2. Topics can be auto recreated by the consumer.
